WestTechHA organizes the product line into three main families: Scout, Ranger, and Command. Each family can be compared by enclosure size, project fit, and whether you want the product Unloaded or Loaded.
The family tells you which enclosure path fits the project. Unloaded or Loaded tells you how much of the hardware path you want WestTechHA to handle before it arrives.
Unloaded is the bring-your-own-hardware path for customers who already know their electronics plan and simply need the enclosure family that fits the project.
Loaded is the pre-assembled path for customers who want the selected electronics path handled before shipment. Loaded ESP32-based products include a basic pre-shipment diagnostic check and WestTech Home Automation ESP32 Quick Start firmware.
Loaded ESP32-based products are not shipped as blank boards. WestTech Home Automation performs a basic pre-shipment diagnostic check and installs ESP32 Quick Start firmware so customers have a simple path to power on, connect, verify, and then upload their own project firmware.
Each family follows the same basic structure: choose the enclosure size and project fit first, then choose whether you want the product Unloaded or Loaded.
Scout is the compact entry point in the WestTechHA enclosure line. It is built for smaller indoor ESP32 projects that need a clean enclosure, serviceable HSI mounting, and a straightforward setup path.
Ranger is the middle family for projects that need more room than Scout. Ranger keeps the family structure clean while offering child options for relay-oriented builds and buck-ready power layouts.
Command is the expanded family for larger indoor automation projects. It keeps the main family simple while providing child options for Command Core layouts and Command-GP Garage Panel builds.
