Most standard orders are processed within a normal small-business handling window unless otherwise noted. Custom or quote-based work may require additional lead time.
WestTechHA ships in a practical, cost-conscious way designed for Scout, Ranger, and Command family products, Unloaded or Loaded orders, and quote-based project work.
Orders are shipped using a tracked service selected for size, weight, destination, and overall best value.

Carrier choice may vary by package and destination. Smaller orders often ship by tracked USPS service or a comparable carrier when appropriate.
Products are packed to reduce movement and help prevent damage using corrugated boxes, protective fill, and bagged hardware where needed.
Tracking is standard. For higher-value orders, WestTechHA may add insurance or signature confirmation when it makes sense for the order value, replacement cost, or delivery risk.
