  • “Should I choose Unloaded or Loaded?”
    Choose Unloaded when you already have your own hardware and simply need the enclosure. Choose Loaded when you want the enclosure pre-loaded with the hardware appropriate for the selected family.
  • “Can I request a custom opening or layout?”
    Yes. Depending on the request, that may be handled as a special quote instead of a standard family order.
  • “Do you still do project-specific ESP32 work?”
    Yes. Special-request project work is still available when the job calls for it, but the public product line now starts with the family-based structure.
